Whitney & Nick's beautiful Wedding!

I have been photographing these two and their family for a long time. To photograph their wedding was such an incredible feeling and an honor. They are some of the kindest people with the biggest hearts. The way they love each other is an inspiration. To find someone who understands you and stands by you like these two do for each other is true love. We should all embrace everyday with love, laughter, and kindness just as Whitney and Nick do.

It's all in the details AND the moments. Karen had a vision for their wedding day, and she really brought it to life will all the details. Coryn and Brian Wedding Day!!

Talk about an amazing day! The weather was perfect, and the breeze was just right. It was right on the Ohio River with the sky painted pink and blue! We had a first look to calm all of Brian's nerves, but once he saw Coryn all his worries melted away, and they had a great group of friends to help guide them through their absolutely perfect day. Not to mention the EPIC sunset they had.

Travis & Angelina Get Married!!!!

Here it is my friends - the blog posts I have been wanting to write since I found out I would be the one to document this couples wedding day. Travis and Angelina are soulmates. They are the light in each others day and everyone else day. Travis has always been like a brother to me and when I met Ang I knew she would quickly become like a sister. I am so blessed to have these guys in my life and to have been able to share this day with them.

The wedding had to be much smaller due to the pandemic, but I can honestly say it felt whole. The room never felt small because the amount of love that was flowing through the day what unbelievable. From the lighting to willingness of their bridal party going out into the cold to take photos it was perfect. Everyone spoke with such grace in their speeches. I cried when Brock the best man gave his speech not only because it was beautiful but it was real.

The day couldn't have been more perfect. Though everyone who couldn't be there was surely missed it was about Travis and Ang. Every minute and every moment was absolutely amazing. I love you guys so much - I hope you enjoy this preview!

A winter dream wedding with Megan & Kevin

Brooke & Eric Beach wedding!!

Looking back on this year we all know it's been tough. Brooke and Eric had this huge wedding planned in Cincinnati, but covid changed their plans. I met Brooke at a bridal show last year and her energy and light was so radiant. Every time we talked it was a breath of fresh air. She kept her head up and hope high when she knew they had to change their wedding day plans. So they moved their wedding to a more remote location and invited their family to join them. After a couple weeks of talking about what they were going to do about a photographer I had an overwhelming feeling that I needed to be the one to document this for them. So we packed up and drove to FL. I'm so happy and blessed we were able to share this day with them.

Brooke had a zoom call with all her bridesmaids who couldn't make it. These two really wanted all their friends to be there so they did what they could and live streamed their wedding! Finally able to get a proper preview up of this amazing couples wedding. I can't thank them enough for choosing us to document their big day. I've known Jess since high school - I actually did her senior photos. Watching her grow into the wonderful woman she is has been an honor. Meeting and getting to know Kevin has been so great. Shy & Seth's Beautiful Windy Session

These past couple of months have been wild. I am so happy to be out photographing again. I had a blast yesterday with these two amazing souls. It was such a beautiful day with few clouds and a lot of sun shine. Their smiles brought me so much joy. I've missed people and the love they share with me in these sessions. Lindsay & Mark get cozy downtown Cinci

These two right here are amazing. They were my last session before the state decided to shut down. I won't make this about Covid19 because its about these two wonderful people below. I met Lindsay at a bridal show back in January and I knew we were destined to work together. We hit it off right away and I was beyond thrilled when she booked with us. When I met Mark the morning of this session I knew him and Lindsay were perfect for each other. We joked, laughed, walked around the city, and shared our love for Wes Anderson films together. I will say is again these guys are amazing.

Lindsay is an ER nurse. I think about her all the time in this time. She is a hero of mine she is fighting COVID19 on the front lines. I just want to shout out that I am proud to be her photographer!

Kayla & Trent Cozy new home and engagement session!

These two have the most beautiful home in the country and wanted to do their engagement session there. This was my first in home engagement session so I was naturally a little nerves - however I did my research and when the day came I was 100% confident.

Kayla and Trent are dream. They have two doggos Jax and Riggs who were a part of the whole shoot. It was romantic, fun, and down right perfect. They will be getting married at their house later this year and I can't wait to document their day!

Highschool sweethearts share an intimate Friday ceremony

Mallory and Fox are such a fun couple! We don't get as many opportunities to shoot these intimate ceremonies, but this one was a blast! Their bridal party was so much fun, and their wedding was packed with unique details that showcased their nerdy sides. In particular, we loved their Doctor Who groom's cake and ice cream bar, and their tree planting ceremony, which we had never seen before.

Jess and Kevin have been with us for a long time. We did senior photos for Jess, shot her cousin Amanda's wedding this year, and were so privileged to be there for them to capture the experience when Kevin proposed. So excited to share some of the images from yesterday. The weather wasn't ideal, but we had an amazing bride, and groom who make yesterday so easy. Dorn Baby is coming!

Erica contacted me about a month ago to inquire about wedding photos and video. There was some urgency to find the perfect fit for her and her fiancé, Adam. After our conversation, I felt very invested in their family's story. This post isn't just about Erica and Adam, it's also about family. Adam's grandparents Doris and Bob joined us for this session. It's so important to spend time with the ones you love, and get moments like these so that we can keep them close forever. Thank you guys for letting me be a part of your life.

Kirsten & Steve's Wedding Day

Yesterday was a downright perfect day. I'm so pumped to share this preview of the pure love we witnessed. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the bride stunning, and the groom looked so dapper! The whole vibe was very art deco, and classy. We had a blast capturing all the unique details. Plus the reception was roaring after the band started - Saffire Express. There was a sweet pretzel bar that was a huge hit with the guest, and a perfect exit with sparklers to end the night.

Taking Back the Love

We've all experienced heartache at some point in our lives. This project was going to start a series of old trades forgotten - however it ended up turning into something else entirely. Often as humans we have an intense emotional connection to someone, and sometimes react in ways we never thought possible. These photos tell a story of a girl in love, saddened by that love, angry with that love, and then reborn after she beats the emotional heartache. We sometimes get stuck on all the negative feelings at the end of a relationship that we forget how to acknowledge the growth it brought us. Take back the love, and don't leave it behind.
